Semplicemente, dopo aver effettuato l'attacco lo effettui nuovamente. La differenza fra questa indicazione e "two attacks" è che, siccome il potere ottiene un bonus contro i bersagli sanguinanti, il secondo attacco potrebbe godere di un bonus di attacco maggiore.

No, in totale fai solo due attacchi: infatti ti dice di ripetere l'attacco (Attack), non l'effetto (Effect), ed è l'effetto che ti fa ripetere l'attacco la prima volta.

esatto, a meno che tu nono usi un punto azione e quindi puoi far eseguire un attacco allo spirto e successivamente farne uno tu.

Inoltre lo spirito può prendere qualsiasi forma, quindi può anche essere una tartruga con le ali ed ignorare completamente ogni terreno difficile.
