Biografia
I’m Gianluca and gaming has been my passion since I was 6 years old. It all started with Milton Bradley (MB) board games like Zargo’s Lords, Axis & Allies, HeroQuest, which sparked my imagination and my love for strategy. As I grew up, my journey expanded into the world of miniatures and role-playing games. I immersed myself in the Games Workshop universe, where countless battles in Warhammer, Warhammer 40K and Blood Bowl fueled my creativity. In fact, I played hundreds of games of Blood Bowl, each of which was an exciting test of skill and tactics.
Role-playing games have become another pillar of my passion. Starting with The Dark Eye, I have embarked on epic adventures with my brothers. Over time, I have explored D&D, AD&D, GURPS, and many other systems, appreciating their unique settings and the diverse community that surrounds them.
At one point, I had a large collection of board games and miniatures. But when I moved to Thailand in 2015, life took a different turn. I abandoned the hobby, selling, packing, giving away, and parting with much of my collection.
Now, in 2024, I’m ready to reignite that passion. This blog is my space to reconnect with the games I’ve always loved and share my journey with other enthusiasts. Whether it’s revisiting classics, painting miniatures, diving into new RPG campaigns, or exploring the ever-evolving world of board games, I’m excited to return to the hobby and bring you along for the adventure.
